Causes and treatment of knee pain

Another source of collagen and protein is chicken cartilage. To replace these substances, include cooked or steamed cartilage in the daily menu.

  • Grind a tablespoon of cartilage and on an empty stomach with orange juice;
  • Bring the cartilage to a boil until completely soft. Add bay leaf and pepper to the juice. Take 50-70 ml each day, diluted 1: 1 with water;
  • Bring your paws to a boil and eat two or three things on an empty stomach, be sure to drink lemon water.

Knee joint treatment with sunflower

Sunflower root, when used properly, effectively removes salts that accumulate in the joints. It is especially useful for those who spend a lot of time sitting. The root destroys all insoluble compounds, conglomerates, removes them from the body.

Grind 100 grams of sunflower root in a blender or mincer, make up to volume with water (1 liter) and boil for 10 minutes. Cool it, strain it and drink water together to quench your thirst.

Knee joint treatment "Golden mustache"

Pour rye grains (250 grams) with 2 liters of water and bring to a boil for a few minutes. Add honey (kilograms), vodka (500 ml), barberry root (3 teaspoons). Mix everything well and store in a dark place for three weeks. Three tablespoons required before meals.

If the joint hurts, cinquefoil tincture will help remove the swelling and discomfort. The joints should be wiped several times a day and creams should be prepared. Can be combined with boron bee infusion. In the acute period of the disease, drink a teaspoon before meals.

Grind one kilogram of horseradish, pour water (4 liters) and boil for 5 minutes, then when the product has cooled, add honey to taste. Drink a glass a day for a month.
